The sale of alcoholic beverages in Township parks is to be prevented.
As used in this article, the following terms shall have the meanings
indicated:
Any spiritous, vinous, malt, or fermented liquor, liquids and compounds,
whether or not medicated, proprietary, patented, and by whatever name called
containing 1/2 of 1% or more alcohol by volume which are fit for use for beverage
purposes.
It shall be illegal for any person to sell alcoholic liquor in any Township
park.
