The MHP Mobile Home Park Districts possess site
development characteristics similar to multiple-family residential
development. They are, in this chapter, designed to provide for transition
between nonresidential development and multiple-family residential
development.
In a MHP Mobile Home Park District, no building
or land shall be used and no building shall be erected except for
uses provided in this chapter and further subject to the following:
A. The regulations and standards as provided for and
promulgated under the Mobile Home Commission Act, Act No. 96, PA 1987
(MCLA § 125.2301 et seq.), as amended, shall apply and control
in all MHP Mobile Home Park Districts.

B. All uses proposed in a MHP District shall be subject
to the review and approval of a site plan by the Planning Commission.
C. All uses proposed in a MHP District shall be subject to the provisions of Article
19, General Provisions, of this chapter.
