No license to deal in spirituous, malt, or fermented liquors, or billiard
tables or bowling alleys shall be granted for a less time than one year.
A.
No license granted shall be assignable or transferable. Nor shall
any person be authorized to do business or act under such license but the
person or persons to whom it is granted. Nor shall any license authorize any
person or persons to act under it at more than one place at the same time.
B.
All licenses granted shall be subject to all ordinances in relation
to such licenses in force at the time of the issue of such license, or which
may be subsequently passed and ordained by the City Council in relation thereto.
