Every person who shall deposit or place, or suffer to be deposited or placed, any stone, gravel, ashes or refuse in any of the streets or highways of this Town, except by permission of the Director of Public Works for the district where such stone, gravel, ashes, or refuse shall be deposited or placed, shall be fined in the amount not to exceed $100.

No person shall deposit or cause to be deposited any snow, ice or other substance upon the surface of any Town maintained road in the Town of Glocester.
A. 
The property owner will be cited for the first offense with a warning.
B. 
The property owner will be cited for any additional occurrences with a progressive fine of $25, $50, up to $100 per occurrence.
C. 
The enforcement will be through the Glocester Police Department after notice by the Director of the Glocester Public Works Department.
