Pursuant to RIGL § 18-8-4(g) and 18-8-4(h), court costs charged at the Johnston Municipal Court as to all traffic matters and zoning/Town ordinance matters shall be in the sum of $30.

All court costs collected shall be deposited into the Town of Johnston General Fund: Municipal Court account.
The Clerk of the Municipal Court shall report to the Johnston Town Council regarding the formation of annual budgets at budget hearings as to the actual costs of operation of the Municipal Court and the effect of court costs as to said operation.
