There is established in the Town a Family Relocation
Commission. The Director thereof shall be appointed by the Town Council.
He shall perform such services as may be required to assist in the
relocation of families who have been forced to vacate their homes
by reason of land condemnation or other emergency. He shall receive
such salary as may be fixed by the Town Council and he may expend
such sums as may be necessary for clerical assistance and other expenses
within the amount appropriated therefor by the Town Council.
