Private property owners within the Town shall be allowed to connect private master fire alarm boxes or auxiliary systems on their property to the Johnston Fire Alarm Headquarters by means of municipal fire alarm circuits in accordance with such rules and regulations as may be made from time to time by the Chief of the Fire Department with the approval of the Mayor.
Prior to any such connection, all property owners shall agree in writing with the Town that the Town shall incur no liability by reason of such connection to the municipal system, and that initial connection to the system and continuation thereof shall be conditioned upon compliance with the rules and regulations as aforesaid.
Anyone convicted of a violation of any of the provisions of this article shall be punishable as provided in Chapter 1, General Provisions, Article II, of this Code.
