An industrial development authority, named the
"Industrial Development Authority of the Town of Front Royal and the
County of Warren, Virginia," be and it it hereby created, jointly
with the Town of Front Royal, pursuant to the provision of Title 15.2,
Chapter 49, including §§ 15.2-4900 through
15.2-4919 of the Code of Virginia of 1950, as amended, said Authority
to have such public and corporate powers as are set forth by the aforesaid
statutes, and as may hereafter be granted to it by the Statutes of
Virginia.
The Authority shall become effective on the
21st day of December, 1967.
