All taxes and charges levied on property located
within any sanitary district located in Warren County to pay the expenses
and charges incident to maintaining and operating the services and
facilities provided for the use and benefit of the public in such
sanitary district shall be due, payable and collectible both as to
principal, interest and penalties as on all real estate taxes on property
located within the County of Warren.
The Warren County Board of Supervisors may provide,
by resolution, for different provisions for the collection of taxes
and charges for the Skyland Estates Sanitary District only for those
taxes and charges that would otherwise be due and payable on December
5, 1980.
