All buildings, except one- and two-family dwellings, with truss or composite wood joist construction shall have a sign at the main entrances indicating its truss construction. The sign shall be black with white letters, measuring two inches by four inches, and shall be marked as indicated below:
"Mx  Wx  Ix"

I - Composite wood joist (wood I-beam)

B. 
The signs required by this section shall be installed on the building by the owner or owner's agent within 10 working days after occupancy of the building. The sign shall be located in the upper portion of the door jamb in the center.
A. 
All buildings must be properly identified as required by § 159-9.
B. 
The signs shall be provided, installed and maintained by the building owner.
C. 
Any blocked exterior door shall be marked on the outside to indicate access is not available. Marking shall read "Door Blocked - No Entry."
