$450 plus $0.20 per square foot (square foot total is based on all finished space, unfinished space and attached structures that are part of the submitted plan such as an attached garage, deck and porch)

$200 plus $0.20 per square foot (square foot total is based on all finished space, unfinished space and attached structures that are part of the submitted plan such as an attached garage, deck and porch). Any addition over 800 square feet shall follow new home fees.
Residential alterations
$50 plus $7 per $1,000, or fraction thereof, of cost (building cost per RS Means cost data)
Commercial and industrial new
$600 plus $0.20 per square foot on the first 10,000 square feet of space and $0.10 per square foot on any remaining finished space, all unfinished space, and all attached structures that are part of the submitted plan such as an attached garage, deck and porch

Penalty. A penalty fee shall be assessed for any work started without a building permit. The penalty fee shall be equal to the permit fee. The Village shall retain all penalty fees; the Clerk shall attribute the same to the general fund.

Commercial electrical permit fees.
A.
Commercial electrical WWIA 1-18-22. The total cost of the commercial electrical permit will be the sum of the administrative fee [A(1)] and the permit fee [A(2)].

Commercial electrical administrative fee administrative/base fee is 15% of the permit fee calculated in A(2) below.

Commercial electrical permit fee.
(a)
Temporary electrical service: $85.
(b)
New service fee:
Up to 200 amp service: $85.
Over 200 amps: $35 per 100 amps over 200.
*Includes one service disconnect. Each additional is $17.
(c)
Panels/subpanels: $25 per 100 amps of panel overcurrent.
(d)
Transformers or similar: $0.35 per KVA.
(e)
Fire pump: $150.

Preliminary plat and replat: $50, plus $1,500 escrow for reimbursement of the Village's cost for professional services and other costs in reviewing the application.

C.
Certified survey plats, maps and replats: $50, plus $500 escrow for reimbursement of the Village's cost for professional services and other costs in reviewing the application.
If the required escrow amount for each of the items specified above is not sufficient to reimburse the Village for professional services and other costs in reviewing the application, the applicant is required to pay additional funds into the escrow in an amount determined by the Village. Any funds remaining after the completion of the review shall be refunded to the applicant.
Chapter 219, Zoning.
