The Wisconsin Administrative Code, Chapter Comm
10 (Flammable and Combustible Liquids),[1] issued by the Department of Commerce of Wisconsin, is
adopted by reference as a part of this article, and it shall be the
duty of the Building Inspector to enforce the provisions thereof.
