A.
Any underage person who commits a violation of this
chapter shall be subject to the penalties set forth in Chapter 125,
Wis. Stats.
B.
Any person who commits a violation of any provision of this chapter shall be subject to a forfeiture as provided in § 1-19 of the Code or shall be subject to the penalty as set forth in Ch. 125, Wis. Stats.
C.
Any license or permit issued to a person who commits
a violation of this chapter may be revoked by the court.
D.
A violation of this chapter by an authorized agent
or employee of a licensee shall constitute a violation by the licensee.
E.
Any person who, or any proprietorship, partnership, corporation, limited liability company, limited liability partnership, association or other legal entity which, violates any of the provisions of § 55-26 shall be subject to a forfeiture of $500, plus court costs and assessments, per violation. A separate offense and violation shall be deemed committed on each day on which a violation occurs or continues. In addition, a violation of this subsection constitutes sufficient grounds for suspending, revoking or nonrenewing an alcohol beverage license under § 125.12, Wis. Stats., and §§ 55-9 and 55-10 of the Municipal Code.
