As provided in § 7.15, Wis. Stats., the Clerk-Treasurer shall
have charge of and supervise all elections held in the City.

Election officials for each polling place shall be appointed pursuant
to §§ 7.30, 7.31 and 7.32, Wis. Stats. The City of Waterloo
does hereby allow for the appointment of alternate officials and the selection
of two or more sets of election officials to work at different times on election
day, and permits the Clerk/Treasurer to establish different working hours
for different officials assigned to the same polling place.
All candidates for elective City office shall file nomination papers
pursuant to § 8.10, Wis. Stats.

The polls of the City shall open at 7:00 a.m. and close at 8:00 p.m.
for all elections.

The polling place for all electors of the City shall be in the Council
room of the Municipal Building located at 136 North Monroe Street.
The boundaries of the City are set forth on the Official Map of the
City and the legal description of said boundaries is on file in the office
of the Clerk-Treasurer.
Pursuant to § 5.15, Wis. Stats., the City is divided into
five wards.
The City is hereby divided into four Aldermanic Districts, comprised from the five wards, as described in §
42-7 of this chapter, as follows:
A. First Aldermanic District: First Ward.
B. Second Aldermanic District: Second Ward.
C. Third Aldermanic District: Third Ward.
D. Fourth Aldermanic District: Fourth and Fifth Wards.
The Ward Map and Aldermanic District Map shall be kept on file in the
office of the Clerk-Treasurer.
