which contains topographically constrained areas, wetlands, vegetative

grazing, recreation and the preservation of nondevelopable land.

product packaging, incidental storage, sales and distribution of such
products but excluding basic industrial processing which involves
the processing of raw materials. All uses shall be conducted inside
an enclosed building. Any noise, vibration, smoke, vapor, dust, fumes,
odor, glare, or other environmental contamination produced by such
uses shall be confined to the lot upon which such uses are located
and controlled in accordance with applicable local, state and federal
law, rules and regulations.
