To promote an orderly flow of traffic and prevent traffic congestion
during the annual Pioneer Park Days, the Town Council may establish one-way
streets in the Pioneer Heights Subdivision of Zolfo Springs, Florida.
Private property owners shall be allowed to establish visitor parking
areas without obtaining a permit to do so from the Town of Zolfo Springs,
Florida.
Private property owners who establish visitor parking areas on their
property and who fail to clean up accumulations of any trash, rubbish or refuse
on or upon said property within 24 hours after 12:00 midnight of the official
termination of Pioneer Park Days shall be subject to a fine not to exceed
$50.
The overnight parking of any vehicle on any public right-of-way shall
be prohibited; however, overnight parking on private property shall be permitted.
Except within the boundaries of Pioneer Park, and excepting duly licensed
and permitted fruit and vegetable stands or other small retail vendors, the
establishment or operation of any flea market concessions or retail vending
outlets, whether in a booth, stand, temporary structure, vehicle or otherwise,
shall be prohibited within the Town limits of Zolfo Springs, Florida, during
the effective period of this chapter.
The total land area affected by this chapter constitutes more than 5%
of the total land area of the Town of Zolfo Springs, Florida.
