§ 65-1 Powers and duties.

Pursuant to the provisions of § 4-2A(2) of Chapter 4 of the City of College Park Code, the Police Commissioner shall be responsible for the establishment of a telecommunications system to enable the City of College Park to obtain names and addresses of owners of motor vehicles on which there are outstanding and/or unpaid ordinance violations and/or fines and fees.
