The Commissioners of Leonardtown[1] hereby request that the Clerk of the Circuit Court for
St. Mary's County shall, effective Monday, May 3, 1982, refuse to
honor any request to issue a new business license within the corporate
limits of Leonardtown, Maryland, until such time as the Commissioners
of Leonardtown and/or their staff shall submit to the Clerk certification
that the applicant has obtained all necessary zoning approvals.
