Town of North Beach, MD Chapter 72 Littering

§ 72-1 Throwing glass, refuse, etc., upon the streets.

It shall be unlawful for any person to cast or throw into any street, alley, avenue, highway, or on the beach or in the bay any glass, bottles, glassware, crockery, porcelain, or other similar substances, or pieces thereof, or any pieces of iron, hardware or sharp metal, nails, tacks, or other articles, or any waste paper, trash, rubbish, garbage, or refuse of any kind.

§ 72-2 Violations and penalties. [1]

Violations of this chapter shall be a municipal infraction, punishable as provided in Chapter 1, General Provisions, Article III, Penalties.
