Article I Minibikes, Dirt Bikes and Scooters

§ 178-1 Use on public property.

It shall be unlawful to ride minibikes, motor-powered dirt bikes or motor-powered scooters on any town street, sidewalk or public property, including parks, within the town limits of Ridgely.

§ 178-2 Violations and penalties.

[Amended 5-3-1999 by Ord. No. 187]

Any person or persons violating any provision of this article, upon conviction thereof, shall be guilty of a municipal infraction.
