Editor's Note: This local law also repealed former Ch. 83, Subdivision of Land, adopted 6-13-1974, as amended in its entirety 12-15-2005 by L.L. No. 13-2005. This local law further provided that all projects that received conditional preliminary approval, preliminary approval, conditional final approval, or final approval from the Town of Goshen Planning Board prior to the effective date of L.L. No. 1-2008 (entitled "Local Law Instituting a Moratorium on Certain Residential Subdivision and Zoning Approvals in the Town of Goshen"), and have such approvals in effect on the date that L.L. No. 1-2009 becomes effective, are exempt from L.L. No. 1-2009 and may proceed under the prior zoning laws and subdivision regulations applicable on the effective date of L.L. No. 1-2008.
