A.Â
At a public meeting duly convened, the Township Council
of Horsham Township hereby authorizes participation for an indefinite
period of time in purchase contracts of the Central Westmoreland Council
of Governments; and
B.Â
Horsham Township does hereby agree to be bound by
the terms and conditions as the Central Westmoreland Council of Governments
may prescribe and be responsible for the direct payment to a vendor
or supplier of goods, services, and/or equipment. Horsham Township
does hereby concur and agree to comply with the provisions of the
contracts and regulations creating and governing the Central Westmoreland
Council of Governments which are hereby incorporated herein although
not affixed hereto.
