The following uses are permitted by right:
A. Single-family detached dwelling.
B. Single-family detached dwelling with one zero side
yard.
C. Twin and duplex dwelling.
D. Accessory structure on the same lot and customarily
incidental to the above permitted uses.
E. Common open space for active and passive noncommercial
park and recreation purposes.
F. Municipal building.
