The elected Tax Collector of the Township of
Penn is hereby authorized to issue tax certifications with respect
to real estate located within the corporate limits of the Township
of Penn, said tax certification to include a certification as to the
payment of the real estate taxes paid to the Township of Penn, the
County of Westmoreland and the Penn Trafford School District; said
tax certification, further, in those instances where necessary, to
certify the payment of any taxes which may be levied against said
real estate pursuant to either a fire hydrant tax, water district
tax or light district tax.

The Local Tax Collector is hereby authorized
to charge a fee as set from time to time by resolution by the Board
of Commissioners for each tax certification issued by said local Tax
Collector.
The within compensation payable to the Tax Collector
is in addition to any and all other fees or commissions which the
Tax Collector may be entitled to as the elected Tax Collector within
the corporate limits of the Township of Penn.
