The Township may charge a reasonable fee for
review of erosion and sedimentation control plans, design of BMPs
and operations and maintenance plans to defray review costs incurred
by the Township. The applicant shall pay all such fees.
The fees required by this chapter may cover:
A.
Administrative/clerical costs.
B.
The review of all above-mentioned plans and designs
by the Township Engineer.
C.
The site inspections, including, but not limited to,
preconstruction meetings, inspections during construction of BMPs,
and final inspection upon completion of the stormwater BMPs.
D.
Any additional work required to monitor and enforce
sny provisions of this chapter, correct violations and assure proper
completion of stipulated remedial actions.
