No person shall park a truck over four tons' gross weight at any time upon any of the streets or parts thereof described in Schedule I, said Schedule I being attached to and made a part of this chapter.

No person shall park any vehicle at any time upon any of the streets or parts thereof described in Schedule II, said Schedule II being attached to and made a part of this chapter.

The operator of a motor vehicle shall not stand or park said vehicle in any space on public or private property appropriately marked for vehicles for the physically handicapped pursuant to P.L. 1977, c. 202 (N.J.S.A. 39:4-197.5), P.L. 1975, c. 217 (N.J.S.A. 52:27D-119 et seq.) or any other applicable law unless the vehicle is authorized by law to be parked therein and a handicapped person is either the driver or a passenger in said vehicle. Any person who shall violate the provisions of this section of the Carneys Point Township Code shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to the following penalties:
A. 
First offense: a fine of $100.
B. 
Subsequent offenses: a fine of at least $100 and up to 90 days' community service on such terms and in such form as the court shall deem appropriate, or any combination of fine and community service.

No person shall park any vehicle at any time upon any of the streets or parts thereof described in Schedule III, said Schedule III being attached to and made a part of this chapter. The provisions of this section shall be valid and take effect only upon the adoption of a concurring resolution by the Board of Chosen Freeholders for the County of Salem.
