Trucks over four tons' gross weight are hereby
excluded from the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule
VI, except for the pickup and delivery of materials on such streets,
said Schedule VI being attached to and made a part of this chapter.

Trucks over four tons gross weight are hereby
excluded from the streets or parts of streets hereinafter listed,
except for the pickup and delivery of materials on such streets and
except for one truck not to exceed 80,000 pounds GVW which is owned
and operated by a person who has heretofore established a bona fide
residence on said street or part of said street:
