A. 
The following intersections shall be designated as stop intersections:
(1) 
The intersection of Elmwood and Logwood Avenues, with Logwood Avenue to be designated as a through street and Elmwood Avenue to be designated as a stop street.
(2) 
The intersection of Bianca and Annabelle Avenues, with Bianca Avenue to be designated as a through street and Anabelle Avenue to be designated as a stop street.
(3) 
The intersection of Wade and Erie Avenues, with Erie Avenue to be designated as a through street and Wade Avenue to be designated as a stop street.
(4) 
The intersection of Division Street and D Street with Division Street to be designated as the through street and D Street to be designated as a stop street.

The intersection of Division Street and E Street with Division Street to be designated as the through street and E Street to be designated as a stop street.

B. 
No person drive or operate a motor vehicle in such a manner as to enter upon or cross the aforedesignated through streets unless he has first brought his vehicle to a complete stop in accordance with the provisions of N.J.S.A. 39:4-144 and shall thereafter proceed only after yielding the right-of-way to all traffic on the aforedesignated through streets.
