The purpose of this chapter is to regulate the
nature and extent of the uses of land and of buildings and structures
thereon for the purposes set forth in the Municipal Land Use Law[1] and to exercise the power to zone granted to municipalities
of the State of New Jersey, in accordance with the duly enacted Comprehensive
Development Plan.
