Resolution 2018-72 adopted on May 21, 2018 deleted the following from Chapter 13:
§13-10 B. (1)
Swimming pool $30.00
Inground pool $150.00+ additional extras
Aboveground pool
First $1,000 $50.00 + additional estrax
Each additional $1,000 or fraction thereof $10.00
Fees for applicant to tap into main waterline, to be paid to
Water Department $100.00
Labor costs $100.00
Fee 20% over cost of parts, as determined by the
Superintendent of Water
