The 2022 Groton Charter was enacted by the Massachusetts Legislature as Chapter 41 of the Acts of 2022, signed by Governor Baker on April 1, 2022, and passed as Question 1 at the May 24, 2022 Annual Town Election. The 2022 version supersedes the 2010 and 2019 versions of the Groton Charter.
