The Police Department of the Township is hereby given the authority
and is instructed to watch and observe the condition of taxicabs and
drivers operating under this chapter. Upon discovering a violation
of the provisions of this chapter, the Police Department shall report
the same to the Business Administrator, who shall order or take appropriate
action.
