[HISTORY: Adopted by the Board of Health of the Township of East
Amwell 11-20-1984 by Ord. No. 84-02BH. Amendments noted where applicable.]
Effective January 1, 1985, the Hunterdon County Health Director is hereby
designated as the Health Officer of the Township of East Amwell, County of
Hunterdon, New Jersey, to be its general agent to assist in the enforcement
of East Amwell Township's health ordinances and such other laws which are
the responsibility and enforcement of the East Amwell Township Board of Health.
The duties and responsibility of the said Hunterdon County Health Director
and the payment for said services are more fully set forth in a certain agreement
entered into between the County of Hunterdon and the Township of East Amwell
dated the 27th day of September 1984, a copy of which agreement if attached
hereto and made a part hereof, as if the same were set forth here at length.[1]
