The Director of Public Safety of Franklin Township
or his designee shall be notified in writing not less than 10 days
prior to any gathering of 150 or more people by the owner and/or tenant
of real property at which the event will be hosted; nonprofit organizations
shall be exempt.
Failure to comply with the provisions of this chapter may be punishable as provided in Chapter
1, Article
I, General Penalty.
