Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to the penalties provided in Chapter 1, Article I, General Penalty. After notice of violation, each day of continuance thereof may, in the discretion of the court, be treated as a separate and distinct violation hereof.
Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to prevent the Township from
seeking injunctive relief to restrain violations of any provision of this
chapter.
