When it is known or anticipated that 175 or more persons will attend,
or are likely to attend, an event, gathering, service, etc., an application
must be filed and a permit thereafter issued by the Franklin Township Municipal
Clerk.
The application will be on a form prepared by and acceptable to the
Franklin Township Municipal Committee and must contain the following information:
A. The name and address of the record owner of the subject
property or properties and the nature and interest of the applicant therein.
B. The proposed date and/or dates and hours of such assembly,
gathering, service, etc.
C. The expected maximum number of persons intended to use
the property at one time and collectively.
D. The expected number of automobiles and other vehicles
intended to travel to the event at one time and collectively.
E. A statement describing the general nature of the gathering,
event, service, etc.
