All officers of the Town shall turn over all
fees collected by them by virtue of their office to the Town treasury,
with the exception of the fees collected by the Deputy Collector of
Taxes, as defined in MGL c. 60, §§ 15.10 and 15.11,
and with the exception of the fees collected by the Constables of
the town, as defined in MGL c. 262, § 8, who shall be allowed
to retain certain fees collected as payment for serving in the position.
Adoption of this section shall not reflect on the integrity of persons
who previously served in Town offices where said fees were collected.

All offices at the Town Hall and Community Center,
under the jurisdiction of the Select Board, shall maintain minimum
office hours as may be established by the Select Board.
