Editor's Note: This bill superseded former Art. I, Orphan's Court, adopted 6-27-2000 by Bill No. 764, as amended.
Pursuant to the authority granted to the County Council by Md. Code Ann., Estates and Trusts Art., § 2-106, to prescribe the location and days that the Orphan's Court for Talbot County shall hold court, the Orphan's Court shall hold its hearings in the courtroom in the North Wing of the Court House, 11 North Washington Street, Easton, Maryland, on each Tuesday, as necessary.
The Council may, by administrative resolution adopted from time to time, temporarily change either the location for the Orphans' Court for Talbot County holding court, or the days when court is to be held, or both, as circumstances may require.
