An appeal to the Planning Board, when authorized by law, may be taken by any interested party affected by any decision of an administrative officer of the municipality based on or made in the enforcement of the Zoning Ordinance or Official Map. Such appeal shall be taken in the manner set forth in Article II, § 15-14, and in accordance with the provisions of N.J.S.A. 40:55D-72.
An appeal from the final decision of the Planning Board shall be taken directly to the Superior Court, provided that such appeal of such final decision of the Planning Board shall be instituted within 45 days after the publication in the official newspaper of the Borough of Longport of the notice of such final decision.
