For the purposes of Chapter
61, "nonpaid beaches" are defined as all beaches and areas lying between the ocean and bay waters, to and including rock jetties, revetments, seawalls and bulkheads for the entire perimeter of the Borough of Longport not subject to riparian grants held by contiguous upland owners and not defined as a "paid beach" pursuant to Article
I of this Chapter
61. The foregoing definition of nonpaid beach shall not expand the obligation of the Borough to protect any beach in addition to those defined in this Chapter

I, Regulation of Paid Beaches.
Any person violating any of the provisions of
this article or any of the rules and regulations adopted hereunder
shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to a fine of not more than
$500 or to imprisonment for not more than 90 days, or to both such
fine and imprisonment.
