In addition to any other penalties herein provided, any person
violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon the conviction
thereof by the Municipal Court, be punishable by a penalty of $100
for the first offense; subsequent offenses to be $100 minimum and/or
up to 90 days' community service.
