No person shall be allowed to enter any firehouse
or handle any apparatus or implements belonging to the Department,
unless accompanied by an active member of the Department.
No fire apparatus during any fire or the report
of any fire shall be taken or moved out of its house unless the Chief,
Assistant Chief or at least one member of the Department to which
the same belongs shall be present and assent thereto.
No apparatus shall be let out for hire or let
in any case, except upon consent of the Department Chief, Assistant
Chief or Acting Chief, and then only in the case of fire in an adjacent
or neighboring municipality. One company and apparatus shall remain
in the Borough at all times.
