There is hereby created the office of Clerk to the Board of Health.[1]

The Clerk shall be a resident of the Borough of Totowa.
A. 
The Clerk shall attend the meetings of the Board, keep the minutes of all proceedings and prepare the correspondence of the Board.
B. 
The Clerk shall tabulate and prepare all reports required by state and federal authorities and the Board of Health.
C. 
The Clerk shall be in attendance at and maintain the office of the Board of Health during such hours as the Board may fix by resolution.
D. 
The Clerk shall perform such other duties as may be fixed by the Board.
A. 
The office shall be a part-time office, and appointments to the office shall terminate on December 31 of each year.
B. 
The incumbent shall receive compensation as provided in the annual Salary Ordinance adopted by the Board of Health.[1]
