Township of Bernards, NJ SECTION BH:13-7 Connection Expenses; Responsibility for Maintenance, Repair and Replacement of Laterals

§ BH:13-7.1 Owner Responsible for Expenses.

Whenever any of the work herein provided for is done, it shall be at the expense of the owner or owners of the building or structure being connected to the sanitary sewer.

§ BH:13-7.2 Responsibility for Laterals.

Such owner or owners shall also be responsible for the maintenance, repair and replacement of any lateral installed upon the premises owned by them or other work done in connection therewith.
