A. 
The provisions of this chapter shall be administered by the Superintendent of the Department of Public Works and enforced by the Codes Enforcement Officer and the applicable law enforcement agencies.
B. 
Upon resolution of the Village Board, the Codes Enforcement Officer of the Village of Fayetteville shall have authority, pursuant to Article 150 of the New York Criminal Procedure Law, to issue appearance tickets as defined therein for the purpose of enforcing this chapter.

Should there be any conflict between this chapter and applicable laws or regulations of Onondaga County, the provisions of Onondaga County shall prevail.

RESOLVED, by the Village of Fayetteville Board of Trustees that the following are deemed to be prohibited materials under Chapter 86, Article I, of the Village Code pertaining to Garbage, Rubbish and Littering:
Septic tank pumpings
Liquid wastes
Grass clippings
Junked vehicles
Explosives
Hot ashes
Sealed containers
Hazardous waste
Antifreeze
Waste oils
Infectious waste
Vehicular batteries
Other recyclable materials
