of the Village of Fayetteville 4-24-1972 as Sec. 12-2 of Ch. 12 of
the Code of Ordinance (1972). Amendments noted where applicable.]
No person shall be permitted to operate or maintain
a junkyard or engage in the dismantling of automobiles, farm or other
machinery or store broken or dismantled or scrapped cars or machinery
or waste material of any nature within the corporate limits of the
Village.
