The streets or parts of streets or municipal
off-street parking areas or parts of municipal off-street parking
areas designated in Schedule No. 5 hereto appended and specifically
incorporated in this section shall have one-way traffic, and all vehicular
traffic shall move on these streets or municipal off-street parking
areas or parts thereof in the direction designated in Schedule No.
5. Violation of this section is a civil infraction with a maximum
fine of $60.
