The intersections described in Schedule XXI
attached to and made a part of this chapter are hereby designated
as traffic control signal locations.
Traffic signal installations shall be in accordance
with the provision of an act concerning motor vehicles and traffic
regulations, Subtitle 1 of Title 39 of the Revised Statutes, and shall
conform to the design and be maintained in operation as authorized
by the Department of Transportation of the State of New Jersey.
