Beginning Monday, January 1, 1998, the compensation for the office of
elected Tax Collector in the Borough of Denver shall be $0.75 per tax bill;
provided, however, that in no event shall the compensation of the Tax Collector
exceed 5% of the amount of each tax bill collected.
