[HISTORY: Adopted by the Town Board of the

Pursuant to Chapter 435 of the Laws of 1973
of the State of New York, effective June 5, 1973,[1] and to a resolution of the Town Board of the Town of Greece
as passed at referendum on November 6, 1979, there shall be established
in the Town of Greece the office of a third Town Justice.
